It is also suggested that you focus on the benefits of losing weight when you are not thinking about it, such as how you feel lighter in your clothes and how you can go out hiking or swimming without being self-conscious of other people watching you. Although it may seem silly to think about these things at work, it will help get your mind off negative thoughts and feeling which will make the entire process easier for you. Also, slowing down your thoughts will help you observe how your mind is responding to the new habits.

If you are using the LOA to achieve your weight loss goal, then do not worry about being perfect at this process. There are many ideas out there that will work for you and many other people have successfully used them in their weight loss goals. Although it may take some trial and error before you find what works best for you, do not give up too quickly because even if a method does not work for you, it may work with someone else who is struggling with similar issues that they are facing in their life.

When you work with the LOA to lose weight, it is better to use positive ideas about yourself and your body. For example, visualize yourself in a new outfit or your wedding dress as being one size smaller than what you are currently. You will be surprised how easy it is to lose weight when your thoughts are constantly on a desired outcome that will make your life easier and happier. I am at my desired goal weight for the perfect body for me. I emit a powerful vibrational frequency that naturally attracts whatever I want in life. I place the rhythm of my thoughts in harmony with harmony laws of the universe.

After drinking alcohol, I feel hungry right away, and I crave food. This is something that can be helped by eating a healthy meal before drinking alcohol!
