We do everything possible to make ourselves available for you on short notice. Understandably, it is not always possible to plan euthanasia ahead of time. Usually, 24-48 hours notice is preferable, as you will be able to plan better in terms of convenience of the appointment time, and in order to avoid undue suffering for your pet, but should your pet take a turn for the worse unexpectedly, we will do everything possible to help you on short notice. Therefore, please don’t hesitate to call us day or night should your pet need immediate assistance. An emergency fee may apply.

The Euthanasia-Only package includes travel, home exam, sedation and euthanasia. You may keep your pet’s body afterward for home burial or you may transport them to a pet cremation facility yourself.

The Euthanasia + Communal Cremation package includes travel, home exam, sedation, euthanasia, and gentle transport of your pet for group cremation. Please keep in mind that the ashes will not be returned to you, though you can request a fur clipping or a clay paw print.

The Euthanasia + Private Cremation package includes travel, home exam, sedation, euthanasia, and gentle transport of your pet for individual cremation. Your pet’s ashes will be saved and returned to you through shipping delivery. If you prefer, hand delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
